Overeaters Anonymous is self-supporting through its grateful members’ contributions. OA’s four levels of service bodies — Group, Intergroup, Region, and World Service — all perform invaluable services towards the goal of carrying the message of recovery through the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions of OA.
We support OA through service at meetings, at Intergroup, Region, and at the World Service Business Conference.
When we give money in the Seventh Tradition basket in our home groups, a portion of that money finds its way to the Intergroup, Region, and World Service.
All levels of OA need funds to support their work.
- Think about the costs compulsive overeating has exacted in your life, and give accordingly.
- Think about how priceless the freedom of abstinence is, and give accordingly.
