Overeaters Anonymous meetings are gatherings of two or more people affected by compulsive eating, including overeating, bulimia, anorexia, and related eating behaviors, who come together to share experience, strength, and hope found in OA. Most meetings are held weekly and last about 60–90 minutes. While meeting formats vary, fellowship with others in recovery is at the heart of them all.
CNMI Intergroup supports meetings across Central New Mexico and surrounding areas. If you can’t find an in-person meeting near you, online and telephone meetings are also available. Many members find strong recovery through these options.
