Fall 2026 Region 3 Assembly and the Tri-County OA Retreat

The Assembly will be hosted by Tri-County Intergroup, with an optional retreat experience immediately following the Assembly through Sunday, November 8.

This beautiful retreat setting will give us the opportunity not only to conduct Region 3 business together, but also to enjoy fellowship, recovery, connection, and renewal.

Some important details:

• Registration deadline is October 26, 2026
• Zoom attendance for the Friday Assembly (morning elections and the Forum – not the committee meetings) will be available for those unable to travel.
• Thursday night lodging is included for Region 3 Reps attending the Assembly in person
• Friday breakfast and lunch are included with Assembly registration
• Retreat lodging and meals are included for those staying through the weekend
• Hotel-style rooms are very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Airport shuttle information will be provided later
• We are especially excited that the featured speaker has 45 years of abstinence from binging and sugar desserts.

Glen Rose is located approximately:

• 4 minutes from the Retreat Center (see attached map) for those who would prefer to stay in a hotel or have additional .
• 1.5 hours southwest of Dallas
• 1 hour southwest of Fort Worth
• 1.5 hours northwest of Waco
