Support OA’s New “Find a Meeting”

Overeaters Anonymous is preparing to launch a new and improved website, including updates to the “Find a Meeting” tool.

Enhancements will include more detailed meeting information, improved search functionality, easier updates for groups, and a better mobile experience.

The updated site is expected to launch during the World Service Business Conference (April 19–26), with testing taking place in the weeks leading up to the release.

This project is supported by a fundraising effort to help complete final improvements. Contributions can be designated to “Find a Meeting Improvements” at oa.org/contribute.

While this is a worldwide initiative, these updates will help make meetings more accessible for everyone seeking recovery.

OAR3 eBlast February, 2026 | 8 Practical Lessons A Member Learned About Relapse and Recovery in OA

In this month’s Twelfth Step Within e-blast, “8 Practical Lessons A Member Learned About Relapse and Recovery in OA,” a member reflects on powerful insights gained through working the Twelve Steps. Drawing from an OA Lifeline article, this issue explores the difference between addressing the allergy of the body and the obsession of the mind, the importance of surrender, acceptance as a compulsive overeater, and the daily commitment to living Steps Ten, Eleven, and Twelve. This message from the Region 3 Twelfth Step Within Committee offers encouragement and practical wisdom for anyone seeking renewed abstinence and spiritual growth.

New Communication & Submission Forms Now Available

To help streamline communication and make submissions clearer and easier, OA Central New Mexico Intergroup now has separate forms for different types of requests.

Instead of using one general submission form, you can now choose the form that best fits what you need.

What Would You Like to Submit?

? Submit an Event (Calendar Listing)
For workshops, retreats, speakers, and other CNMI or Region events.

? Submit an IG Report
For Intergroup Representatives submitting their monthly reports.

? Submit a Newsletter Article
For articles, announcements, or content intended for the newsletter.

? Request a Website Update / Report an Issue
For corrections, broken links, formatting issues, or content updates on the website.

? Update a Meeting Listing
For changes to meeting day, time, format (in-person/Zoom/hybrid), or location details.

Each form is designed to gather the specific information needed for that type of request. This should reduce back-and-forth emails and help ensure updates are posted as efficiently as possible.

Thank you for helping keep the OA CNMI website current and accurate.

We’ve Made It Easier to Share CNMI News, Events & Flyers

We’re excited to introduce a simpler way to submit items for OA CNMI communications.

Instead of emailing multiple people or wondering who to contact, you can now use one secure form to submit:

  • Newsletter items (announcements, flyers, service notes)
  • Events for the CNMI calendar
  • Website updates/corrections (broken links, changes, contact updates)

This helps ensure information is received, reviewed, and posted in the right place — and keeps our website and newsletter as accurate and current as possible.

Use the CNMI Submissions Form here:
https://oa-cnmi.org/oa-cnmi-submissions/

If you’re not sure whether something is a “newsletter item” or an “event,” that’s okay — submit it anyway and we’ll route it appropriately.
